To describe a house in Spanish you may use the verbs
"tener" (to have),
"ser" ou
"estar" (to be).
Examples:
Mi casa es nueva, un poco calurosa y pequeña.
(My house is new, a little warm and small.)
Tengo un apartamento céntrico, colorido y un poco frío.
(I have a centrally located, colorful and a little cold apartment.)
Me parece interesante la casa porque está barata y ya está amueblada.
(I find it interesting the house because it is cheap and is already furnished.)
Attention!
In Spain, "un piso" is bigger than "un apartamento". "Un piso" usually has two or more bedrooms and "Un apartamento" usually has only one bedroom.
